Returns
- You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refunds
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Since payment is made via cash on delivery, refunds (if any) will be issued through mutually agreed methods communicated individually.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
